    靖边采油厂注水井筒腐蚀结垢防治及现场应用

    Control of Corrosion and Scaling in Reinjection Water Well and Field Conduct in Jingbian Oil Production Plant

    • 摘要: 针对延长油田靖边采油厂注水井筒存在的腐蚀结垢影响生产的问题, 进行了注水区块基本情况调研、注入介质的特性分析及规律研究, 确定了影响注水井筒腐蚀结垢的主要因素, 结合现场实际情况制定了井筒防护方案。通过联合站投加pH调节剂及除氧剂, 控制氧腐蚀及腐蚀垢的生成; 通过现场投加杀菌剂控制细菌腐蚀; 通过缓蚀阻垢剂控制无机盐结垢等方式改善水质性质, 并对现场加药工艺进行优化, 通过加药位置前移扩大药剂防护范围及受益注水井数量, 实现综合防蚀防垢。现场实施及监测结果表明, 腐蚀速率和结垢程度均降低了70%以上, 达到行业标准要求。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of corrosion and scaling in rejection water well in Jingbian oil production plant of Yanchang oil field, the rejection water block was investigated, the rejection medium characters and regular pattern were analyzed, the key factors of corrosion and scaling were confirmed. Combined with the practical situation in rejection wells, protection plan was made. By adding pH regulator, deoxidant, bactericide, corrosion and scaling inhibitor to the reinjection water, the water corrosion and scaling degree was weakened. In the same time, protective agent adding technics was optimized. By moving the agent adding points previously, the scope of protection was expanded and number of injection wells was increased. The protection plan implementation and monitoring results showed that the corrosion rate and scaling degree were all decreased more than 70%, which meets the requirements of the industry standard fully.
