    一种低铬达克罗涂层的制备工艺及性能

    Perparation Technology and Property of a Low Chromium Dacromet Coating

    • 摘要: 介绍了低铬达克罗涂层的制备工艺,通过极化曲线,电化学阻抗,盐水浸泡等方法对涂层性能和腐蚀行为进行了评价和研究,运用SEM和XRD手段分析了涂层的形貌和成分。结果表明: 涂层制备过程中,无机盐可取代部分铬酐,其生成的腐蚀产物作为屏蔽层能够有效阻止腐蚀介质的入浸,提高涂层的耐蚀性;加入适量的环氧树脂和KH-570硅烷偶联剂能够增强涂层在基体表面的附着力。

       

      Abstract: The preparation technology of a low chromium dacromet coating is introduced. The property and corrosion behavior of the coating were studied by means of polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and immersion test. The morphology and composition of the coating were analysed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that during the preparing process, part of chromic anhydride was replaced by inorganic salt, and the corrosion products as a shield could prevent the corrosion medium, and the corrosion resistance was increased. Adding epoxy resin and silane coupling agent could enhance the adhesion on the substrate surface.
