Abstract: Special organic resin was used as matrix, super fine zinc poder was used as anticorrosive filler, a cold zinc coating containing 96% Zn was prepared. The corrosion behavior of the coating was analyzed by neutral salt spray test for 2 500 h, electrocnemical method and SEM. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the coating was excellent.
