    油气管道CO2与H2S腐蚀与防护研究进展

    Research Progress on Corrosion and Protection of CO2 and H2S in Oil and Gas Pipeline

    • 摘要: 针对油气管道的腐蚀问题,对油气管道中的CO2腐蚀和H2S腐蚀的研究现状、腐蚀机理以及腐蚀规律进行了介绍。分析了CO2和H2S协同腐蚀研究中存在的问题,介绍了常用的管道防腐蚀方法,如添加缓蚀剂、使用耐腐蚀合金钢、施加电化学防腐蚀技术以及涂覆管道内涂层等,同时对其研究进展及存在的问题进行了总结。

       

      Abstract: In view of the corrosion problem of oil and gas pipelines, the research status, corrosion mechanism and corrosion law of CO2 corrosion and H2S corrosion in oil and gas pipelines are introduced. The problems in the research of CO2 and H2S synergistic corrosion are analyzed. The common pipeline anti-corrosion methods are introduced, such as adding corrosion inhibitor, using corrosion-resistant alloy steel, applying electrochemical anti-corrosion technology and coat the inner coating of pipeline, etc. The research progress and existing problems of those methods are summarized.
