    黑水环境中氯离子浓度对不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响

    Effect of Chloride Concentration on Stress Corrosion Cracking Susceptibility of Stainless Steel in Black Water

    • 摘要: 通过不同浓度Cl-条件下的慢应变速率拉伸试验,研究了00Cr18Ni10不锈钢在黑水环境中应力腐蚀开裂敏感性随Cl-浓度的变化规律。结果表明:随着Cl-浓度增加,00Cr18Ni10不锈钢的应力腐蚀敏感性增大,模拟黑水环境中应力腐蚀发生的临界Cl-质量浓度为16.8 mg/L。

       

      Abstract: The sensitivity to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of 00Cr18Ni10 stainless steel in black water with different Cl- concentrations was studied by slow strain rate test. The results show that the sensitivity to stress corrosion cracking of 00Cr18Ni10 stainless steel increased with the increase of Cl- concentration, and the critical Cl- concentration for SCC to occurr was 16.8 mg/L.
