    SCAL型间冷系统中碳钢腐蚀产物对铝腐蚀行为的影响

    Influence of Corrosion Products of Carbon Steel on the Corrosion of Aluminum in SCAL Indirect Air Cooler System

    • 摘要: SCAL型(表面式凝汽器铝制散热器型)间接空冷系统中铝制散热器腐蚀破损会造成循环水泄漏,影响火电厂的稳定安全运行。为了减缓系统中材料的腐蚀速率,该系统使用除盐水作为循环水,但碳钢管道的腐蚀产物会污染循环水水质,而目前碳钢腐蚀产物对铝腐蚀行为有何影响尚不清楚。通过现场挂样和实验室模拟试验等方法对该问题进行研究,结果表明,部分碳钢的腐蚀产物(γ-FeOOH和Fe3O4)会附着在铝管表面,加速铝管的腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion of aluminum tube in SCAL (Surface Condenser Aluminum Exchangers) indirect air cooler system could cause the leakage of circulating water, which will affect the stable and safe operation of thermal power plant. In order to slow down the corrosion rate of materials in the system, demineralized water was used as circulating water, but the corrosion products of carbon steel pipelines would pollute the circulating water quality,and the influence of these corrosion products on the corrosion of aluminum had not been clarified. The problem was studied by means of field coupon test and laboratory simulation tests. The results show that the corrosion products (γ-FeOOH and Fe3O4) of some carbon steel would adhere to the surface of the aluminum tube, which would accelerate the corrosion of the aluminum tube.
