    新型镀铬封孔技术的性能及其在某型飞机起落架上的应用

    Performance of Hard Chromium Sealing and its Application on Landing Gear for a Certain Type of Aircraft

    • 摘要: 镀铬工艺是目前航空领域最常用的耐磨涂层技术,但是其耐蚀性和气密性较差,难以满足使用需要。新型镀铬封孔技术能够有效提高铬镀层的耐蚀性和气密性。针对某型飞机主起落架活塞杆发生密封部位漏气等问题,开展新型镀铬封孔技术的应用研究,全面检测镀铬封孔技术的性能,并对封孔后的活塞杆功能开展检测。结果表明,新型镀铬封孔技术能够解决活塞杆密封部位的漏气问题,有效提高零件的一次合格率,节省了工时,封孔零件的综合性能获得大幅度提升,包括耐温、耐老化、耐腐蚀、高低温气密性以及耐磨性等。

       

      Abstract: Hard chromium plating is one of the most commonly used wear-resistant coatings. However, the poor corrosion resistance and air tightness limit its usage. The new chrome sealing technology can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and air tightness of chrome plating. Aiming at the problem of air leakage in the sealing part of the main landing gear of a certain aircraft, the application research of the new chrome sealing technology was carried out to comprehensively test the performance of the chrome sealing technology, and the function of the piston rod after sealing was also tested. The results show that the new chrome sealing technology could solve the problem of air leakage in the sealing part of the piston rod, effectively improve the first pass rate of the parts and save man-hours. The comprehensive performance of the sealed parts had been greatly improved, including temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature air tightness and wear resistance.
