    某海底油水混输管道回收管段的腐蚀检测评价

    Corrosion Inspection and Evaluation of Recycling Pipe from a Subsea Oil-Water Mixed Pipeline

    • 摘要: 采用宏观检查、力学性能检测、腐蚀产物成分分析等对某弃置海底油水混输管道的回收管段进行了评价,并通过水质分析、结垢趋势预测、细菌测试以及室内腐蚀模拟试验对该管输送介质的腐蚀性进行了分析。结果表明:该管道内壁腐蚀严重,输送介质具有强腐蚀性,腐蚀以CO2腐蚀为主,并存在垢下腐蚀和细菌腐蚀。基于回收管段的腐蚀检测评价结果,给出了该油田新建海底油水混输管道腐蚀控制和完整性管理的意见和措施。

       

      Abstract: The recycliing pipe of an abandoned subsea oil-water mixed pipeline was evaluated by macroscopic inspection, mechanical property testing, corrosion product composition analysis, etc. And the corrosivity of the medium in this pipeline was analyzed by water quality analysis, scaling trend prediction, bacterial test and indoor corrosion simulation test. The results showed that the inner wall of the pipeline was seriously corroded, the corrosivity of the medium was high. The inner wall of the pipeline suffered CO2 corrosion, as well as under-scale corrosion and bacterial corrosion. Based on the results of corrosion detection and evaluation of the recycliing pipe section, the opinions and measures for the corrosion control and integrity management of the new subsea oil-water mixed pipeline in the oilfield were proposed.
