    海上油田隔水导管腐蚀评估与防护修复技术

    Corrosion Assessment and Protective Repair Technology of Water-Conducting Conduit in Offshore Oilfield

    • 摘要: 基于涠洲某平台隔水导管进行现场试验,通过壁厚测量与超声导波腐蚀检测,确定隔水导管的腐蚀和点蚀位置与裂纹深度。结果表明:潮差区和飞溅区由于海浪、溶解氧以及光照等综合作用,导致隔水导管在此处腐蚀加剧。分别对隔水导管进行风险评估、寿命预测与修复,结果可为海上其他油气田类似老井再利用提供技术指导。

       

      Abstract: Based on a platform in Weizhou, a water-conducting conduit was used for field test. The wall thickness measurement and ultrasonic guided wave corrosion detection were used to determine the corrosion and pitting position and crack depth of the water-conducting conduit. The results show that due to the combined effects of waves, dissolved oxygen and lighting, the water-conducting conduit was more seriously corroded in the tidal zone and splash zone. Risk assessment, life prediction and repair of the water-conducting conduit were performed respectively, and the results could provide technical guidance for the reuse of old wells in other oil and gas fields at sea.
