    油气管道的CO2腐蚀预测模型和预测方法

    CO2 Corrosion Prediction Model and Prediction Method for Oil and Gas Pipeline

    • 摘要: CO2腐蚀在油气输送管道中十分常见,且是最严重的腐蚀问题之一,有必要建立模型或使用方法来预测CO2腐蚀,从而了解和预测管道的腐蚀情况。基于此,介绍了半经验模型、经验模型和机理模型等三种常见的腐蚀速率预测模型,同时介绍了神经网络、灰色预测、支持向量机等CO2腐蚀预测方法,并根据现有的模型和方法提出了存在的问题和以后发展的方向。

       

      Abstract: CO2 corrosion is very common in oil and gas pipelines, and it is one of the most serious corrosion problems. It is necessary to establish models or use methods to predict CO2 corrosion, so as to understand and predict pipeline corrosion. Based on this, three common corrosion rate prediction models such as semi-empirical model, empirical model and mechanism model are introduced. Neural network, gray prediction, support vector machine and other CO2 corrosion prediction methods are also introduced at the same time. According to the existing models and methods,the existing problems and future development directions are put forward.
