    A105碳钢材料管道的腐蚀穿孔原因

    Analysis of Corrosion Perforation of A105 Carbon Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 某核电厂运行4 a后,消防系统节流孔板下游管道发生腐蚀穿孔。通过材料成分分析,显微组织观察,腐蚀产物形貌及物相分析等方法探究了腐蚀穿孔的原因,通过计算流体力学模拟软件分析了流体的作用。结果表明:造成管道穿孔的原因为管结瘤腐蚀。最后提出了应对措施以避免此类事故的发生。

       

      Abstract: After 4 a of operation at a nuclear power plant, the downstream pipe of throttle orifice of the fire control system experienced corrosion perforation. By means of material composition analysis, microstructure observation, morphology and XRD analysis of corrosion products, the cause of corrosion perforation was analyzed. The effect of fluid was analyzed by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The results show that the reason for corrosion perforation was tuberculation, and some solutions for this corrosion were proposed to avoid such kind of damage in the future.
