    酸性NaCl溶液中CuNi2Si合金的电化学腐蚀行为

    Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of CuNi2Si Alloy in Acidic NaCl Solution

    • 摘要: 采用CHI660E电化学工作站,研究了CuNi2Si合金在不同pH的NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:CuNi2Si合金在不同pH的NaCl溶液中,随着pH的增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,耐腐蚀性能增强;腐蚀过程受到溶解氧和氢离子在液相和金属界面之间的扩散控制;Evans图和腐蚀质量损失的计算分析说明,自腐蚀电位并不反映CuNi2Si合金耐腐蚀性能的优劣,腐蚀电流密度可作为特定条件下耐腐蚀性能的判据。

       

      Abstract: The electrochemical corrosion behavior of CuNi2Si alloy was investigated in NaCl solution at different pH values by electrochemical workstation. The results show that the corrosion current density decreased with the increase of pH and the corrosion resistance was enhanced for CuNi2Si alloy in NaCl solution at different pH values. The corrosion process was mainly controlled by the diffusion of dissolved oxygen and hydrogen ion between liquid phase and metal interface. It was shown that free corrosion potential did not reflect the corrosion resistance of CuNi2Si alloy through the Evans diagram and the calculation analysis of corrosion mass loss. Corrosion current density could be used as a criterion for corrosion resistance under specific condition.
