    苏里格气田气井中腐蚀因素分析

    Analysis of Corrosion Factors in Gas Wells of Sulige Gas Field

    • 摘要: 对苏里格气田21个采样点的气质、水质、油质进行实验室分析,通过挂片腐蚀试验和电化学试验研究了N80钢在典型区块产出水中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:苏里格气田整体属低含H2S、低含CO2气藏;在低含Cl-的水样中,N80钢的电化学阻抗较高,在高含Cl-水样中,N80钢的自腐蚀电位负移;在苏里格气田上古生界气藏的气井中,N80钢以CO2腐蚀为主,在下古生界气藏的气井中,以H2S腐蚀为主。

       

      Abstract: The composition of produced gas, water and oil from 21 sampling sites in Sulige gas field was analyzed in laboratory. The corrosion behaviors of N80 steel in the produced water of typical blocks were studied through coupon corrosion testing and electrochemical testing. The results show that Sulige gas field was gas reservoir with low concentrations of H2S and CO2. In the produced water with low concentration of Cl- N80 steel had high electrochemical impedance, while in the produced water with high concentration of Cl- the free corrosion potential of N80 steel moved to negative direction. The corrosion of N80 steel was dominated by CO2 corrosion in upper Palaeozoic reservoir of Sulige gas field, and by H2S corrosion in lower Palaeozoic reservoir.
