    油田污水管道的防腐蚀

    Corrosion Protection for Sewage Pipeline in an Oilfield

    • 摘要: 为了解管道的腐蚀原因,对春风油田污水管道中的腐蚀产物进行取样,然后通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱仪(EDS)等进行分析;采用浸泡腐蚀试验研究了温度以及氧含量对石油管道腐蚀的影响;采用电化学试验结合浸泡腐蚀试验选出最优缓蚀剂及其最佳加量。结果表明:温度和氧含量越高,材料腐蚀越严重;综合考虑经济成本和缓蚀效果,最终确定SOR-2为最优缓蚀剂,其最佳加量为100 mg/L,缓蚀率可达到90%以上。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion products in the sewage pipeline of Chunfeng Oilfield were sampled, and then analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy disppersive spectroscopy (EDS), in order to understand the corrosion causes of pipeline. The effects of temperature and oxygen content on pipeline corrosion was studied by immersion corrosion test. The optimal corrosion inhibitor and its optimal dosage were selected by electrochemical test combined with immersion corrosion test. The results show that the higher the temperature and oxygen content were, the more serious the corrosion was. Considering the economic cost and corrosion inhibition effect, SOR-2 was finally chosen as the optimal corrosion inhibitor, its best dosage was 100 mg/L, and its inhibition efficiency could reach more than 90%.
