    氯离子对电站常用金属材料腐蚀行为的影响

    Influence of Chlorine Ion on Corrosion Behavior of Metal Materials Used in Power Plants

    • 摘要: 介绍了氯离子对电站常用碳钢、低合金钢和不锈钢在电站停用期间腐蚀行为(简称停用腐蚀)影响的研究进展,讨论了氯离子对碳钢、低合金钢和不锈钢的停用腐蚀作用机理和影响因素。结果表明:碳钢、低合金钢和不锈钢的停用腐蚀作用机理不同,碳钢和低合金钢停用腐蚀的主要诱因是凝结水和水中溶解氧存在,不锈钢停用腐蚀的发生主要归因于表面溶液介质中氯离子的浓缩。降低空气湿度、金属表面成膜和隔绝空气是抑制氯离子对金属材料造成停用腐蚀的较好方法。

       

      Abstract: The research progress of the effect of chloride ion on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel, low-alloy steel and stainless steel commonly used in power stations during power station shutdown (abbreviated as shutdown corrosion) is introduced. The mechanism and influence factors of chloride ion on the shutdown corrosion of carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel are discussed. The results show that the shutdown corrosion mechanisms of carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel are different. The main cause of shutdown corrosion of carbon steel and low alloy steel is the presence of condensed water and dissolved oxygen in the water. The shutdown corrosion of stainless steel is mainly attributed to the concentration of chloride ion in the surface solution medium. Reducing air humidity, forming a film on the metal surface and isolating the air are good ways to inhibit the shutdown corrosion of metal materials induced by chloride ion.
