    冷变形316L不锈钢电缆穿线无缝管的开裂原因

    Cracked Reason of Cold Deformed 316L Stainless Steel Cable and Threading Seamless Pipe

    • 摘要: 冷变形316L不锈钢电缆穿线无缝管在现场应用过程中发生开裂。通过形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、残余应力分析、显微组织分析等方法,对其开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:开裂管道的化学成分符合标准规定,且无析出相和夹杂物,冷变形引入的高密度位错和冷变形滑移带使管道强度、硬度显著提高,并且管道内部存在较高的残余应力,这是导致管道在湿H2S环境中发生氢致应力腐蚀开裂的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: Cracking occurred in cracked application of cold deformed 316L stainless steel cable threading seamless pipe. The failure reasons were analyzed by morphology observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, residual stress analysis and microstructure analysis. The results showed that chemical composition of the cracked pipeline met the standard stipulation, and there were no precipitates and inclusions. The high density dislocation and slip band introduced by cold deformation made the strength and hardness of the pipe increased obviously and there was a high residual stress in pipeline, which was the main reason for hydrogen-induced stress corrosion cracking of the pipeline in wet H2S environment.
