    应用于油田注水系统的缓蚀阻垢剂的合成及其性能

    Synthesis and Performance of a Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor for Oil Field Water Injection System

    • 摘要: 以谷氨酸、亚磷酸和甲醛为原料,通过曼尼希反应,一步法合成了谷氨酸二甲叉膦酸缓蚀阻垢剂。采用红外光谱对合成物进行结构表征。采用静态失重法和电化学方法评价了其阻垢性能和缓蚀性能。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了其在N80钢片上的吸附形貌。结果表明:合成的缓蚀阻垢剂在钢片表面可形成一层致密的吸附膜,抑制N80钢的腐蚀,且抑制了碳酸钙在钢片表面的生长。该缓蚀阻垢剂是以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂,随着浓度的增加,缓蚀率升高。在50℃条件下,其最佳加入量为30 mg/L,此时缓蚀率为87.53%,且与市售同类产品相比,具有更优异的阻CaCO3垢性能。

       

      Abstract: Using glutamic acid, phosphorous acid and formaldehyde as raw materials, the glutamic acid dimethylidene phosphonic acid corrosion and scale inhibitor was synthesized in one step through Mannich reaction. The structure of the composite was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. Static weight loss method and electrochemical method were used to evaluate its scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe its adsorption morphology on N80 steel sheet. The results showed that the synthetic corrosion and scale inhibitor coud form a dense adsorption film on the surface of the steel sheet, inhibit the corrosion of N80 steel, and inhibit the growth of calcium carbonate on steel sheet surface. The corrosion and scale inhibitor was a mixed type corrosion inhibitor that mainly inhibited the anodic reaction. As the concentration increased, the corrosion inhibition rate increased. Under the condition of 50 ℃, the optimal addition amount was 30 mg/L, at this time the corrosion inhibition rate was 87.53%, and compared with similar products on the market, it had better CaCO3 scale inhibition performance.
