    盾构穿越管道腐蚀防护现状及应对策略

    Corrosion Protection Status and Countermeasures of Shield Tunnel Pipeline

    • 摘要: 通过现场调查5条盾构穿越管道,分析了盾构管道的热煨弯管和直管段的防腐蚀层,补口及管道钢构件等的腐蚀与防护现状。明确了热煨弯管安装过程中的机械损伤是防腐蚀层破损的重要原因,黏弹体与热收缩带联合补口的方式能够有效防止盾构穿越管道补口失效,牺牲阳极法能够抑制管道钢构件的腐蚀。并根据腐蚀现状分析,提出了盾构穿越管道腐蚀防护的应对策略。

       

      Abstract: Through on-site investigation of 5 shield tunnel pipelines, the corrosion and protection status of corrosion resistant coating of hot bends and straight pipe sections, field joint coating and pipeline steel components of shield tunnels is analyzed. It is clarified that the mechanical damage during the installation of hot bends is an important reason for the damage of corrosion resistant coating, the joint patching method of viscoelastic body and heat shrinkable tape can effectively prevent the failure of field joint coating, and the sacrificial anode method can inhibit the corrosion of pipeline steel components. And through the analysis of current corrosion situation, some countermeasure supports for the corrosion protection of the shield tunnel pipeline are proposed.
