    油田注水系统管路腐蚀及主控因素研究

    Research on Pipeline Corrosion of Oilfield Water Injection System and Main Control Factors

    • 摘要: 为了明确油田注水管路腐蚀结垢的原因,利用X射线衍射仪和原子吸收分光光度计等仪器对水质和垢样进行了分析,采用电化学测试技术测试了管路材料在不同温度、CO2含量、H2S含量和硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)细菌含量组合作用下的腐蚀速率,设计了正交试验研究多因素耦合作用下腐蚀损伤的主控因素。结果表明,垢样成分中腐蚀垢占主导,温度为腐蚀结垢的主控因素,CO2和H2S对腐蚀均有两面性作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the cause of corrosion and scale formation in oilfield water injection pipeline, the water quality and scale samples were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and the corrosion rates under the combination of different temperatures, CO2 content, H2S content and SRB bacteria content were measured by electrochemical testing technology. Orthogonal experiments were designed to study the main controlling factors of corrosion damage under multi-factor coupling. The results showed that corrosion scale was dominant in the scale sample components. The temperature was the main control factor of corrosion scale formation, and both CO2 and H2S have dual effects on corrosion.
