    西部某输气管道弯管穿孔泄漏原因

    Causes of Perforation and Leakage of Elbow of a Gas Transmission Pipeline in Western China

    • 摘要: 国内某埋地集输管线服役约15个月后,在管道弯管外弧侧发生穿孔泄漏。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析和物相分析等方法,研究了弯管穿孔的原因。结果表明:硫酸盐还原菌腐蚀是管道弯管处发生腐蚀穿孔的主要原因,弯管外弧侧输送介质的冲刷作用加速了腐蚀坑向穿孔位置的扩展,同时水相中溶解的CO2对腐蚀穿孔也具有促进作用。

       

      Abstract: After 15 months of service of a buried pipeline in western China, perforation and leakage occurred on the outer arc side of the elbow pipe. The causes of perforation of elbow pipe were studied by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis and phase analysis. The results showed that the corrosion of sulfate-reducing bacteria was the main cause of corrosion perforation at the elbow of the pipeline, the scouring effect of conveying medium on the outer arc side of the elbow pipe accelerated the expansion of corrosion pits to the perforation position, and the CO2 dissolved in the water phase also promoted the corrosion perforation.
