    全固态电解质Cu/CuSO4参比电极的性能

    Properties of All-Solid-State Electrolyte Cu/CuSO4 Reference Electrode

    • 摘要: 针对传统埋地长效Cu/CuSO4参比电极使用寿命短,易损坏的缺点,研发了全固态电解质Cu/CuSO4参比电极。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和压汞法分析了全固态电解质微观形貌、元素分布和结构;采用电化学试验、离子扩散试验和电极埋地试验等测试了该电极的性能。结果表明:全固态电解质形成了致密的微孔结构;全固态电解质Cu/CuSO4参比电极具有良好的电位稳定性和抗极化性能,温度系数为0.862 mV/℃;该参比电极中Cu2+流失速率仅有为传统Cu/CuSO4参比电极的1/3,该参比电极在土壤环境中具有优异的性能,可用于工程应用。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional buried long-term Cu/CuSO4 reference electrode, such as short service lifetime and fragile, an all-solid-state electrolyte Cu/CuSO4 reference electrode was developed. The micro morphology, element distribution and structure of the all-solid-state electrolyte were analyzed through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) and mercury porosimetry. The properties of the reference electrode were studied by electrochemical test, ion diffusion test and electrode buried test. The results showed that the all-solid-state electrolyte formed a dense microporous structure. The electrode had good potential stability and anti-polarization performance. The temperature coefficient of the electrode was 0.862 mV/℃. The copper ion loss rate of the electrode was only 1/3 of that of the traditional Cu/CuSO4 reference electrode. The reference electrode had good performance in soil environment, so it can be applied to engineering.
