    塔河轻烃站单质硫的腐蚀机理及其来源

    Corrosion Mechanism of Elemental Sulfur and Its Source in a Light Hydrocarbon Station in Tahe

    • 摘要: 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法检测分析了塔河油田轻烃站部分设备内表面的腐蚀产物,并且通过现场取样试验对单质硫的来源进行了分析。结果表明:该轻烃站内设备及管线的腐蚀产物中含有大量单质硫,单质硫腐蚀是该轻烃站腐蚀的重要原因之一;该轻烃站内的单质硫主要来源于原料气;该轻烃站单质硫腐蚀的主要机理为水解机理即单质硫水解生成硫酸、硫化氢等腐蚀性物质。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion products on the inner surface of some equipment of a light hydrocarbon station in Tahe oilfield were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In addition, the source of elemental sulfur was also clarified by on-site sampling experiments. The results showed that the corrosion products of the equipment and pipeline in the hydrocarbon station contained a large amount of elemental sulfur. Elemental sulfur corrosion was one of the important reasons for the corrosion of this light hydrocarbon station. And the elemental sulfur in the light hydrocarbon station mainly come from feed gas. The main mechanism of elemental sulfur corrosion of the light hydrocarbon station was hydrolysis mechanism that is, sulfur hydrolzed to produce corrosive substances such as sulfuric acid and hydrogen sulfide.
