    某油田输水管泄漏的原因

    Leakage Reason of Water Pipe in an Oil Field

    • 摘要: 某油田现场输水管发生了泄漏,通过管线宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、组织分析、腐蚀产物分析和水样分析探讨了输水管泄漏的原因。结果表明:溶解在地层水中的CO2和Cl-长期协同作用引起局部腐蚀并最终导致输水管道腐蚀穿孔。地层水中溶解的CO2使管道内壁首先发生腐蚀,且输送介质温度接近CO2第一个腐蚀极大值温度,该温度进一步加快了输水管CO2腐蚀速率;与此同时,Cl-穿透疏松的FeCO3腐蚀产物膜,产生自催化酸化作用,从而加速了阳极的溶解反应。

       

      Abstract: A water delivery pipe in an oil field leaked. The leakage reason of the water pipe was investigated through the analysis of macroscopic appearance, chemical composition, microstructure, corrosion products and water sample. The results showed that the long-term synergistic effects of CO2 and Cl- dissolved in formation water caused localized corrosion and eventually leaded to corrosion perforation of the water pipe. The inner wall of the water pipe corroded first because of the CO2 dissolved in formation water. And the temperature of transportation medium was close to the first corrosion maximum temperature of CO2, which accelerated the CO2 corrosion rate. At the same time, Cl- penetrated through the loose FeCO3 corrosion product film to generate autocatalytic acidification, which accelerated the dissolution reaction of anode.
