    变电站设备铝及铝合金材料的大气腐蚀及选材

    Atmospheric Corrosion and Material Selection of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Materials for Substation Equipment

    • 摘要: 变电站设备用铝及铝合金材料选用时主要考虑其力学性能和电气性能,很少考虑其耐蚀性,同时铝及铝合金在不同的环境中表现出不同的耐蚀性,导致铝及铝合金腐蚀问题日益突出。针对变电站设备常用铝及铝合金介绍了环境腐蚀因素、不同腐蚀形式的腐蚀机理及其腐蚀影响因素,提出了变电站铝及铝合金在不同环境中的选材建议,为变电站铝及铝合金的选材提供参考。

       

      Abstract: When aluminum and aluminum alloy materials are used for substation equipment, their mechanical and electrical properties are mainly considered, but their corrosion resistance is rarely considered. The corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys in different environments is different. So the corrosion problem of aluminum alloys is becoming increasingly prominent. The environmental corrosion factors, corrosion mechanisms of different corrosion forms and corrosion influencing factors of aluminum and aluminum alloy commonly used in substation equipment are introduced. The material selection suggestions of aluminum and aluminum alloy for substation in different environments are proposed, providing reference to the material selection of aluminum and aluminum alloy for substation.
