高耐蚀GO/PANI涂层的防腐蚀性能及机理

摘要: 在苯胺氧化过程中添加氧化石墨烯(GO),得到了GO/PANI(聚苯胺)复合材料;以水溶性环氧树脂乳液(WEP)为载体,采用机械共混法制得GO/PANI防腐蚀涂层。采用电化学方法研究了GO/PANI涂层的防腐蚀性能和机理。结果表明:当填料(GO/PANI)质量分数为1%时,胶膜耐水性较好,吸水率仅8%;含1% GO/PANI/的涂层的防腐蚀性能最好,且在H2SO4条件下制得含1%(GO/PANI)的复合涂层的防腐蚀性能最好。Abstract: The GO/PANI (polyaniline) composite material was obtained by adding graphene oxide (GO) obtained by the hummer method during the oxidation process of aniline. GO/PANI anticorrosive coating was prepared by mechanical blending with water-soluble epoxy resin lotion (WEP) as carrier. Electrochemical methods were used to study the anti-corrosion performance and mechanism of GO/PANI coatings. The results showed that when the mass fraction of the filler (GO/PANI) was 1%, the adhesive film had high water resistance, with a water absorption rate of only 8%. The coating containing 1% GO/PANI had high corrosion resistance. And the anti-corrosion performance of the composite coating containing 1% (GO/PANI) prepared under H2SO4 conditions was the best.
