    Q500qENH高强度耐候钢焊接接头的组织与耐蚀性

    Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Welded Joints of Q500qENH High Strength Weathering Steel

    • 摘要: 以Q500qENH钢为基材,利用二氧化碳气体保护焊方法,制作了两种含不同耐候元素的焊接接头试样。利用干湿交替加速腐蚀试验考察了两种试样的耐蚀性及其元素富集情况。结果表明:相比于2号焊接接头试样,耐候元素含量较多的1号焊接接头试样经腐蚀后,锈层更加致密、稳定,且耐候元素出现明显富集,腐蚀率与腐蚀深度均较低。

       

      Abstract: Using Q500qENH steel as the substrate, two types of welded joint specimens containing different weather resistant elements were made using the carbon dioxide shielded welding method. The corrosion resistance and elemental enrichment of the two samples were investigated using an alternating dry wet accelerated corrosion test. The results showed that as compared with No.2 welded joint sample, No.1 welded joint sample with high weathering element content had a denser and more stable rust layer after corrosion, and there was a significant enrichment of weathering elements, with relatively low corrosion rate and depth.
