    化学铣切参数对TA15钛合金XRD的影响

    Effect of Chemical Milling Parameters on XRD of TA15 Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 为研究化学铣切参数对TA15钛合金组织结构的影响,分别研究了搅拌速度、溶液配比、摆放位置、化铣时间、添加剂含量和化铣温度等对TA15钛合金组织结构的影响,并以XRD来表征。结果表明:增加搅拌速率、溶液配比、化铣时间和化铣温度都会使得化铣之后α相的含量减少,β相的含量增加;摆放位置和添加剂对TA15钛合金表层组织结构的影响较小。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effect of chemical milling parameters on the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy, the effects of stirring speed, solution ratio, placement position, chemical milling time, additive content, and chemical milling temperature on the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy were investigated in this experiment, and characterized by XRD. The results showed that increasing the stirring speed, solution ratio, chemical milling time, and chemical milling temperature would decrease the content of the α phase, increase the content of β phase; the placement position and additives had little effect on the surface microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy.
