    环氧涂料风送挤涂技术在油田集输管道的应用及评估

    Application and Evaluation of Extrusion Technology of Epoxy Coating by Air Feed in Oilfield Gathering Pipeline

    • 摘要: 为解决青海油田金属集输管道内腐蚀问题,应用了环氧涂料风送挤涂内防腐技术。通过添加玻璃纤维和特殊助剂,制成了玻纤增韧涂料和32 MPa高压注水专用涂料,该涂料具有良好的耐蚀性、附着力和力学性能。开发应用视频内窥器和内检测器实现了内挤涂施工质量检查从端口到内部的转变。优化施工工艺,形成“双向喷砂除锈”和“双向挤涂”流程,制定了油田内挤涂施工技术规范和质量控制及验收规范,确保了施工质量。对使用1 a的管道进行评价,结果表明涂层表面完整、颜色无变化,涂层附着力、硬度和厚度均满足设计指标,效果较好。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of internal corrosion of metal gathering and transportation pipelines in Qinghai oilfield, the internal corrosion prevention technology of epoxy coating by air delivery and extrusion was applied. By adding glass fiber and special additives, a glass fiber toughening coating and a special coating for 32 MPa high-pressure water injection were made. The coating had high corrosion resistance, adhesion and mechanical properties. The development and application of video endoscopy and internal detector had realized the transformation of internal extrusion coating construction quality inspection from port to interior. The construction process was optimized to form the process of “two-way sand blasting and rust removal” and “two-way squeeze coating”, and the construction technical specifications and quality control and acceptance specifications for squeeze coating in the oilfield were formulated to ensure the construction quality. The pipeline used for 1 year was evaluated, and the results showed that the coating surface was complete, the color did not change, and the coating adhesion, hardness and thickness met the design requirement, and the effect was good.
