    海洋深水铝合金牺牲阳极的性能

    Performance of Aluminum Alloy Sacrificial Anode in Deep Water

    • 摘要: 基于南海深水项目阴极保护设计中阳极质量的技术要求,分析了666炉生产的海洋工程用阳极的性能和质量;通过分析铝合金牺牲阳极的电化学性能、金相组织、溶解形貌之间的关系,对目前深水牺牲阳极存在的主要问题进行了探讨,为深水牺牲阳极的生产和质量保证提供了建议。

       

      Abstract: Based on the technical requirements for anode quality in the cathodic protection design of the South China Sea deepwater project, the performance and quality of 666 furnace produced anodes for marine engineering were analyzed. By analyzing the relationship between the electrochemical performance, metallographic structure, and dissolution morphology of aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes, the main problems currently existing in deepwater sacrificial anodes were discussed, suggestions for the production and quality assurance of deepwater sacrificial anodes were provieded.
