    盐雾环境中螺栓防腐蚀方法优选

    Optimization of Corrosion Protection Method for Bolts in Salt Spray Environment

    • 摘要: 采用电化学测试研究了环氧树脂,玻璃鳞片和热熔胶三种涂层对于碳钢螺栓的防腐蚀效果,并利用盐雾试验研究了锌丝与涂层联合保护方法的防腐蚀效果。结果表明:在三种螺栓防腐蚀涂层中,热熔胶涂层的防腐蚀性能优于玻璃鳞片涂层,而玻璃鳞片涂层的防腐蚀性能优于环氧树脂涂层;三种涂层与锌丝联合保护方法可使螺栓在48 h盐雾腐蚀试验中不受腐蚀,在72 h盐雾腐蚀试验中,热熔胶与锌丝联合保护方法的耐盐雾腐蚀性能最优;同时热熔胶涂层还具备施工简便,易于拆除等优点,为盐雾环境下螺栓防腐蚀提供了新途径。

       

      Abstract: Electrochemical tests were carried out to investigate the anti-corrosion effects of three kinds of coatings, epoxy resin, glass flake and hot melt adhesive, on carbon steel bolts. The anti-corrosion effect of the combined protection method of zinc wire and coating was studied by salt spray test. The results showed that among the three bolt anti-corrosion coatings, the corrosion resistance of the hot melt adhesive coating was better than that of the glass flake coating, and the corrosion resistance of the glass flake coating was better than that of the epoxy resin coating. The combined protection method of three coatings and zinc wire could protect bolts from corrosion in 48 h salt spray corrosion test. The combined protection method of hot melt adhesive and zinc wire had the best corrosion resistance in 72 h salt spray corrosion test. And the hot melt adhesive coating also has the advantages of convenient construction and easy removal, which provides a new way for bolt corrosion protection under salt spray environment.
