    红河油田混输管道20钢的腐蚀行为及其影响因素

    Corrosion Behavior of 20 steel for Mixed Transportation Pipeline andIts Influencing Factors in Honghe Oilfield

    • 摘要: 红河油田油水混输管道出现了腐蚀,通过自制高温高压动态腐蚀评价装置,分别研究了CO2分压、管输流体含水率、Cl-含量、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)含量以及温度等因素对混输管道材料20钢腐蚀速率的影响,并基于试验数据利用灰色关联分析确定了主要影响因素。结果表明:20钢的腐蚀速率随着温度和管输流体含水率的升高而呈幂指数增加,随着CO2分压和SRB含量的增加,先大幅度上升后以线性趋势缓慢增加,随着Cl-含量的增加呈线性上升趋势;腐蚀因素影响程度由大到小排序为含水率>温度> Cl-含量>CO2分压>SRB含量,其中含水率和温度是影响20钢腐蚀最显著的两个因素。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion occurred in oil-water mixed transportation pipeline in Honghe oilfield. The effects of CO2 partial pressure, water content of the pipeline fluid, Cl- concentration, sulfate reducting bacteria (SRB) content and temperature on the corrosion rate of 20 steel for mixed transportation pipeline were studied by a self-made high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic corrosion evaluation device. And the main influencing factors were determined based on the experimental data and through the gray relation analysis. The results showed that the corrosion rate of the 20 steel increased exponentially with the increase of temperature and water content. When the CO2 partial pressure and SRB content increased, the corrosion rate of 20 steel first increased significantly and then slowly increased in a linear trend. And the corrosion rate of 20 steel showed a linear trend with the increase of Cl- concentration. The influence degree of corrosion factors was ranked from large to small as following: water content>temperature>Cl- concentration>CO2 partial pressure>SRB content, in which the water content and temperature were the two most significant influencing factors to the corrosion of the 20 steel.
