摘要: 基于二次回归通用旋转组合设计的方法建立了机器人喷涂参数(喷涂距离、喷涂间距和喷涂角度)与漆膜厚度偏差之间的数学模型,并研究各喷涂参数及各喷涂参数之间的交互作用对漆膜厚度偏差的影响。利用所建立的3D响应曲面模型,对某复杂钢节点的喷涂参数进行了优化。采用优化的喷涂参数对复杂钢节点进行了机器人喷涂,所得漆膜厚度偏差控制在4.51 μm以内,喷涂均匀性较好。Abstract: A mathematical model of the relationship between spraying parameters (spraying distance, spraying spacing and spraying angle) and coating thickness deviation was established based on the method of quadratic regression universal rotary composite design. The influences of spraying parameters and their interaction on the coating thickness deviation were studied. The spraying parameters of complex steel joints were optimized by using the 3D response surface model. The complex steel joints were sprayed by robot with the optimized spraying parameters, and the thickness deviation of the obtained coating was controlled within 4.51 μm. So the spraying uniformity was good.
