    油井套管腐蚀原因分析与防腐蚀措施的效果评价

    Corrosion Cause Analysis of Oil Well Casing and Effect Evaluation ofCorrosion Protection Measures

    • 摘要: 在对某油田套损井工况调研的基础上,通过采出水成分、腐蚀产物成分等分析,明确了套管内、外腐蚀环境及腐蚀原因。通过化学成分分析及模拟工况环境的腐蚀速率测试评价了在用套管材料的耐蚀性;通过有限元模拟方法计算得到套管内置和外置牺牲阳极在不同环境中的有效保护距离;通过释放率和缓蚀率测试评价了在用固体缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。最后根据评价结果对防腐蚀措施提出了改进建议。

       

      Abstract: Based on the investigation of casing damage wells in an oilfield, the internal and external corrosion environment and corrosion reasons of the casing were clarified by analyzing the composition of produced water and corrosion products. The corrosion resistance of the casing material in use was evaluated by chemical composition analysis and corrosion rate test under simulated working conditions. The effective protection distances of built-in and external sacrificial anodes for casing in different environments were calculated by finite element simulation method. The corrosion inhibition performance of the solid corrosion inhibitor in use was evaluated by the release rate and inhibition rate test. Finally, some improvement suggestions for corrosion protection measures were put forward according to the evaluation results.
