    铝合金在风力发电机组用新型变频器冷却液中的腐蚀特性

    Corrosion Performance of Aluminium Alloy in a New Coolant Used for Converter in Wind Power Turbine

    • 摘要: 开发了适应大型风力发电机组变频器的新型冷却液。对其进行了理化性能分析,通过失重试验、电化学测试和扫描电镜等考察了6063铝合金在新型冷却液中的耐蚀性。结果表明:新型冷却液中由于加入了对铜、铁等金属离子具有螯合作用的复合型缓蚀剂,起到了复配增效的作用,对6063铝合金具有良好的缓蚀效果。

       

      Abstract: A new type of coolant was developed for the converter of large wind turbines. The physical and chemical properties of the new coolant were analyzed, and the corrosion resistance of 6063 aluminum alloy in the new coolant was investigated through weight loss tests, electrochemical tests, and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the addition of a composite corrosion inhibitor with chelating effect on metal ions such as copper and iron in the new coolant played a synergistic effect. The new coolant had a good corrosion inhibition effect on 6063 aluminum alloy.
