Safety Evaluation and Reliability Prediction of J55 Steel Casing in Formation Water Service Environment

摘要: 建立了J55钢套管抗挤强度和抗拉强度有限元模型,分析了均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀J55钢套管的力学性能,对比了缓蚀剂加注前后油气井采出水中J55钢套管的力学性能及使用寿命。结果表明:建立的模型可以有效用于J55钢套管的力学分析;局部腐蚀会显著降低J55钢套管的剩余强度,且相同腐蚀深度(1 mm)条件下,局部腐蚀J55钢套管的剩余抗拉强度比均匀腐蚀J55钢套管的降低23.3%;在不含缓蚀剂的油气井采出水中,J55钢套管的力学性能显著降低且平均使用寿命仅为2.8 a,添加缓蚀剂后,J55钢套管力学性能显著提高,且使用寿命也大幅提高。Abstract: A finite element model was established for the anti-extrusion strength and tensile strength of J55 steel casing, and the mechanical properties of uniformly corroded and localized corroded J55 steel casing were analyzed. The mechanical properties and service life of J55 steel casing in produced water from oil and gas wells were compared before and after adding corrosion inhibitors. The results indicate that the established model could be effectively used for the mechanical analysis of J55 steel casing. Localized corrosion could significantly reduce the residual strength of J55 steel casing, and under the same corrosion depth (1 mm) condition, the residual tensile strength of localizedly corroded J55 steel casing was 23.3% lower than that of uniformly corroded J55 steel casing. In the produced water from oil and gas wells without corrosion inhibitors, the mechanical properties of J55 steel casing were significantly reduced, and the average service life was only 2.8 a. After adding corrosion inhibitors, the mechanical properties of J55 steel casing were significantly improved, and the service life was also significantly increased.
