    沿海大气中某备用机组主蒸汽管道吊架的断裂原因

    Cracking Cause of the Main Steam Line Hangers of a Stand-by Unit in Coastal Atmosphere

    • 摘要: 我国沿海地区某备用火力发电厂,基建过程经长期停工后复工,在复工检验中,发现主蒸汽管道两处吊架发生断裂。通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、硬度检测、拉伸试验、金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,对吊架断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明吊架断裂原因主要有两点:一是材质不合格,Cr和Ni含量低于标准规定值;二是沿海大气环境含有较多的Cl元素,导致不锈钢吊架发生晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀开裂。针对断裂失效原因,提出了相应的措施。

       

      Abstract: A backup thermal power plant in a coastal area of China resumed construction after a long-term shutdown. During the resumption inspection, it was found that two hangers of the main steam pipeline had broken. The cause of hanger fracture was analyzed through macro examination, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, tensile testing, metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there were two main reasons for the fracture of the hanger: firstly, the material was unqualified, and the Cr and Ni content were lower than the standard required values. Secondly, the coastal atmospheric environment contained a high amount of Cl, which led to intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of the stainless steel hangers. Corresponding measures were proposed for the causes of fracture failure.
