    某高压空冷器翅片管的泄漏原因

    Leakage Causes for Finned Tubes in a High Pressure Air Cooler

    • 摘要: 某化工企业加氢裂化装置的高压空冷器中部翅片管发生介质泄漏,通过宏微观形貌观察、微观形貌观察、能谱分析和化学成分分析等对泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:翅片管内壁受含有硫氢化铵的碱式酸性水腐蚀,形成了含铁的氧化物和硫化物垢物;结垢物堆积引起局部流场和流速发生变化,且管内介质呈气液两相状态,加剧了结垢物分布不均,引发严重的垢下腐蚀,管壁局部腐蚀减薄并最终导致穿孔。建议定期检查空冷器注水量、水质以及是否有偏流现象,控制介质流速,化验分析硫氢化铵质量分数或计算Kp系数,预防事故再次发生。

       

      Abstract: A medium leakage occurred in the middle finned tube of the hot high pressure air cooler in a hydrocracking unit of a chemical enterprise. The cause of the leakage was analyzed through macro and micro morphology observation, energy spectrum analysis, and chemical composition analysis. The results show that the inner wall of the finned tube was corroded by alkaline acidic water containing ammonium thiohydride, forming iron containing oxides and sulfide deposits. The accumulation of scaling materials caused changes in the localized flow field and velocity, and the medium inside the pipe was in a gas-liquid two-phase state, which jointly exacerbated the uneven distribution of scaling materials, leading to severe corrosion under the scale, localized corrosion thinning of the pipe wall, and ultimately perforation. It was recommended to regularly check the water injection volume and quality of the air cooler, as well as whether there was any flow deviation, control the medium flow rate, conduct laboratory analysis on the concentration of ammonium sulfide or calculate the Kpcoefficient, to prevent accidents from happening again.
