    平整液优化对罩退冷轧钢板表面耐蚀性的提升

    Improvement of Surface Corrosion Resistance of Hood Annealed and Cold Rolled Steel Plate by Optimization of Leveling Solution

    • 摘要: 分析了罩退冷轧钢板的表面残留物成分,通过正交试验法优化了以钼酸钠-单宁酸-苯甲酸钠为主要缓蚀成分的平整液配方。采用湿热叠片试验、水置换试验和电化学测试对优化后平整液的防锈性能进行了评价;通过接触角和表面张力测试考察了优化后平整液的润湿性;采用清洗试验考察了其清洗能力。结果表明:优化后平整液对罩退冷轧钢板具有较好的保护性能,显著抑制了腐蚀的阳极过程,防锈效果明显提升;其对罩退冷轧钢板具有良好的润湿性和清洗性,有助于提高罩退冷轧钢板的表面质量。

       

      Abstract: The composition of residues on surfaces of hood annealed and cold rolled steel plates. The formulation of the leveling solution with sodium molybdate, tannic acid and sodium benzoate as the main corrosion inhibition components was optimized by orthogonal test. The anti-rust performance of the optimized leveling solution was evaluated by damp heat stacking test, water replacement test and electrochemical test. The wettability of the optimized leveling solution was studied by contact angle test and surface tension test. The cleaning ability of the optimized leveling solution was also investigated by cleaning test. The results show that the optimized leveling solution had good protective properties on the cold rolled steel plates, significantly inhibited the anodic process of corrosion, and significantly improved the anti-rust effect. The wettability and cleaning property of the optimized leveling solution to the cold rolled steel plate were good, which was helpful to improve the surface quality of the cold rolled steel plate.
