    油气田地面集输管线选材

    Material Selection for Gathering Pipeline in Oil and Gas Field Surface

    • 摘要: 介绍了碳钢、低合金钢、金属复合管、聚乙烯管、钢骨架增强聚乙烯复合管、高压柔性复合管等油气田地面集输管材的结构特点、尺寸边界、连接形式及应用场景限制。给出了油气田地面集输管线的选材原则,从标准、腐蚀模型分析及室内模拟评价试验对管线腐蚀程度预判做了详细介绍。根据管材的适用范围及地面集输管材的选用原则,对常规工况、含二氧化碳工况、含硫化氢工况和含二氧化碳/硫化氢工况等四种典型工况下的管材选取进行了推荐。

       

      Abstract: The structural characteristics, size boundary, connection form and application scenario restriction of several common oil and gas field surface gathering pipeline materials, such as carbon steel, low alloy steel, bimetallic composite pipe, polyethylene pipe, steel skeleton reinforced polyethylene composite pipe and flexible high-pressure composite pipe are intrudoced. The material selection principle of surface gathering and transportation pipeline of oil and gas field is given. The prediction of pipeline corrosion degree is introduced in detail from standard, corrosion model analysis and indoor simulation evaluation test. According to the applicable scope of pipes and the material selection principle of surface gathering pipeline, the selection of pipe material under four typical working conditions, including conventional working conditions, working conditions containing carbon dioxide, working conditions containing hydrogen sulfide and working conditions containing carbon dioxide/hydrogen sulfide, is recommended.
