    三种碳钢在模拟现场油气集输工况下的腐蚀行为

    Corrosion Behavior of Three Carbon Steels in Simulated Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation Conditions

    • 摘要: 通过电化学试验和高温高压动态反应釜腐蚀试验,在模拟现场典型油气集输工况下研究了油气集输管道常用的20号、20G、L360NB三种碳钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在常温常压工况下,三种管材的电化学腐蚀行为比较接近,但20号、20G钢更容易发生腐蚀;在模拟现场高温高压工况下,三种管材均发生了明显的均匀腐蚀和点蚀,腐蚀速率较为接近,腐蚀形貌差异较小,且三种管材的点蚀速率均较其均匀腐蚀速率大,可见点蚀的发展对管道整体的危害性比均匀腐蚀更大。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behaviors of three kinds of carbon steels 20#, 20G and L360NB commonly used in oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines were studied by electrochemical corrosion test and high temperature and high pressure dynamic corrosion test under simulated conditions of typical oil and gas gathering and transportation on site. The results show that under normal temperature and pressure conditions, the electrochemical corrosion behaviors of the three kinds of pipes were relatively close, but 20# and 20G steels were more prone to corrosion. Under the condition of high temperature and high pressure in the simulated field, the three steels exhibited obvious uniform corrosion and pitting corrosion, the corrosion rates were relatively close, the difference of corrosion morphology was small, and the rates of pitting corrosion for the three steels were higher than those of the uniform corrosion. It could be seen that the development rate of pitting corrosion was more harmful to the whole pipeline than uniform corrosion.
