    含微量水和氧气的CO2输送管道的腐蚀环路模拟试验

    Simulation Test of CO2 Transportation Pipeline Containing Trace Water and Oxygen by Corrosion Loop

    • 摘要: 管道输送是碳捕获、利用与封存(CCUS)技术链条中CO2运输环节最经济高效的方式之一。采用深水多相流动态腐蚀评价系统,开展了含微量水及氧气杂质条件下的气相CO2输送管道的腐蚀模拟试验。结果表明:气相CO2中微量水的存在会使管道发生较为严重的腐蚀,微量氧气的加入会加剧腐蚀。因此,对于气相CO2输送管道,应严格限定流体中的水及氧气含量,以控制碳钢输送管道的内部腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: Pipeline transportation is one of the most economical and efficient ways of CO2 transportation in carbon capture, utilization and stgorage (CCUS) technology chain. Corrosion simulation tests on gas-phase CO2 transportation pipelines under conditions containing trace amounts of water and oxygen impurities was conducted in deep water multiphase flow dynamic corrosion evaluation system. The results indicate that the presence of trace amounts of water in gas-phase CO2 transportation pipelines could cause severe corrosion, and the addition of trace amounts of oxygen could exacerbate the corrosion. Therefore, for gas-phase CO2 transmission pipelines, the water and oxygen content in the fluid should be strictly limited to control the internal corrosion of carbon steel transmission pipelines.
