    带缺陷涂层X80钢在西气东输二线土壤环境中的电化学阻抗行为

    Electrochemical Impedance Behavior of X80 Steel with Point Coating Defect in Soil Environment along the Second West-East Gas Pipeline

    • 摘要: 利用腐蚀浸泡和电化学阻抗谱研究了带缺陷涂层X80钢在“西气东输二线”沿线玉门土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:无缺陷涂层X80钢在模拟溶液中无明显腐蚀,而缺陷涂层下的X80钢发生明显腐蚀。带缺陷涂层X80钢在模拟溶液中表现出典型的双容抗弧特征。随浸泡时间的增加,X80钢在模拟溶液中的腐蚀速率呈先减小后增大的趋势。腐蚀初期,腐蚀产物堆积造成腐蚀速率减小。随着时间的增加,缺陷处的局部酸化造成涂层损伤露出新鲜金属表面,进而促进腐蚀不断发生。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior of X80 steel with defect coating in Yumen soil simulation solution along the "West East Gas Pipeline II" was studied using corrosion immersion and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the defect free coating X80 steel did not show significant corrosion in the simulated solution, while the X80 steel under the defect coating showed significant corrosion. X80 steel with coating defects exhibited typical dual capacitance arc resistance characteristics in simulated solutions. With the increase of soaking time, the corrosion rate of X80 steel in simulated solution showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. In the early stage of corrosion, the accumulation of corrosion products led to a decrease in corrosion rate. With the increase of time, localized acidification at the defect site caused coating damage and exposed the fresh metal surface. Then the corrosion was promoted continuously.
