    不同温度下316LN不锈钢的低频腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展行为

    Low-Frequency Corrosion Fatigue Crack Propagation Behavior of 316LN Stainless Steel at Several Temperatures

    • 摘要: 研究了环境温度对316LN不锈钢在高温水环境中低频载荷作用下腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响。结果表明:高温水环境对316LN不锈钢的疲劳裂纹扩展有显著加速作用,升高温度导致不锈钢氧化现象更加显著,使得其疲劳裂纹扩展速率升高,且高温水增加了疲劳扩展的加速因子。

       

      Abstract: The effect of ambient temperature on the corrosion fatigue crack propagation rate of 316LN stainless steel under low-frequency load in high-temperature water environment was studied. The results indicate that the high-temperature water environment had a significant accelerating effect on the fatigue crack propagation of 316LN stainless steel. Increasing the temperature led to more significant oxidation of the stainless steel, resulting in an increase in its fatigue crack propagation rate and an increase in the acceleration factor of high-temperature water on fatigue propagation.
