摘要: 通过裂纹宏观和微观形貌观察、能谱检测以及理论计算,对7A09-T6高强铝合金流体连接器开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:裂纹在流体连接器壳体口部萌生,并沿轴向往根部扩展,贯穿壁厚,开裂类型为应力腐蚀开裂,其原因是7A09-T6高强铝合金为应力腐蚀敏感材料,采用的硬质阳极氧化工艺引入了腐蚀介质S元素,并且连接器处于拉应力和潮湿环境。Abstract: The cracking reason of 7A09-T6 high strength aluminum alloy fluid connector was analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic morphology observation, energy spectrum detection and theoretical calculation. The results show that the crack initiated from the mouth of the fluid connector shell, expanded along the axial direction to the root, and penetrated the wall thickness. The cracking mode was stress corrosion cracking. The reason was that the 7A09-T6 high strength aluminum alloy was a stress corrosion sensitive material, the hard anodic oxidation process introduced the corrosion medium S element, and the connector was in a tensile stress and wet environment.
