    西部某油田集输管道内腐蚀特征及控制方案

    Internal Corrosion Characteristics and Control Scheme of Gathering Pipeline in a Western Oilfield

    • 摘要: 西部某油田集输管道输送介质具有高矿化度、高含氯离子和含S2-、SRB等特点,金属集输管道局部产生了较为严重的垢下腐蚀,内腐蚀穿孔泄漏问题突出。为控制油田集输管道内腐蚀,调研和分析了当前主流的油气田管道内腐蚀控制技术,并进行了经济性比选,最终制定了以应用非金属管道、实施内穿插和内挤涂为主的集输管道内腐蚀控制策略。现场试验和评价了内挤涂、内穿插、32 MPa高压柔性复合管、聚乙烯内衬玻璃钢复合管技术,该技术被应用于无泄漏示范区建设中,并取得良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: The transport medium of the gathering pipeline in a western oil field had the characteristics of high salinity, high chloride ion and S2-, SRB, resulting in serious underdeposit corrosion in localized pipeline. In order to control corrosion in oil field gathering and transportation pipelines, the current corrosion control technology in oil and gas field pipelines was investigated and analyzed, the economic comparison was carried out, and the corrosion control strategy of gathering and transportation pipeline was finally formulated, which mainly included the application of non-metallic pipeline, internal penetration and internal extrusion coating. The techniques of extruded coating, interspersed pipe, 32 MPa high pressure flexible composite pipe and polyethylene lined glass reinforced plastic composite pipe have been tested and evaluated in the field. These techniques have been applied in the construction of the leak-free demonstration area, and acheived good effects.
