    环氧富锌铝涂层的耐蚀性

    Anticorrosion Performance of Epoxy Resin Zn-Al Coating

    • 摘要: 在Q235钢表面制备了不同铝含量的环氧富锌铝涂层,通过马丘试验、电化学测试和红外光谱测试等研究了涂层的耐蚀性。结果表明:环氧富锌涂层由于含锌粉而具有阴极保护作用;在环氧富锌涂层中加入一定含量(质量分数4%~6%)的片状铝粉后,涂层微观多孔缺陷得到改善,涂层的屏蔽性能提高;片状铝粉通过改善涂层中锌粉的电连续性,增强了锌粉的阴极保护效果;腐蚀介质透过涂层后与锌、铝反应生成的腐蚀产物较单独与锌反应生成的腐蚀产物具有更好的耐蚀性。

       

      Abstract: Epoxy resin Zn-Al coatings with different aluminum content were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was studied by Machu test, electrochemical test and infrared spectrum test. The results show that the epoxy resin Zn rich coating had the effect of cathodic protection due to zinc powders. When the epoxy resin Zn rich coating was added with a certain amount of flake aluminum powders (mass fraction of 4%-6%), the microporous defects and the barrier performance of the coating were improved. Flake aluminum powders enhanced the cathodic protection effect of zinc powders by improving the electrical continuity of zinc powders in the coating. The corrosion products generated by the reaction of the corrosive medium through coatings with zinc and aluminum had better corrosion resistance than those generated by the reaction of the corrosive medium with zinc alone.
