温度对乙二醇冷却液中铝合金3A21的腐蚀影响
Effects of Temperatures on Corrosion of Aluminium Alloy 3A21 in Glycol Coolant

摘要: 利用腐蚀失重试验、电化学测试以及扫描电镜观察等方法,研究了5~70 ℃条件下,铝合金3A21在乙二醇冷却液中的长期腐蚀行为,以及温度对铝合金3A21在乙二醇冷却液中的腐蚀影响。结果表明:在试验温度范围内,随着温度的升高,铝合金3A21在乙二醇冷却液中的平均腐蚀速率逐渐升高;表面腐蚀形貌以均匀腐蚀为主,存在少量的局部腐蚀;当试验时间为56~98 d时,平均腐蚀速率的对数与试验热力学温度的倒数呈线性关系。铝合金3A21在乙二醇冷却液中的稳定腐蚀速率与浸泡温度呈现阿伦尼乌斯关系。Abstract: Using techniques like corrosion weight loss test, electrochemical testing, and electron scanning microscopy (SEM), the long-term corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy 3A21 in glycol coolant at temperatures ranging from 5-70 ℃ was examined. It was investigated how temperature affected the way aluminum alloy 3A21 corroded in ethylene glycol coolant. The results show that the average corrosion rate of 3A21 aluminum alloy increased steadily as the temperature in the glycol coolant rose within the experimental temperature range. With a minor amount of localized corrosion present, the surface corrosion morphology was primarily uniform. The logarithm of the average corrosion rate was linearly proportional to the reciprocal of the absolute test temperature during the 56-98 day test period. There was an Arrhenius relationship between immersion temperature and the steady corrosion rate of aluminum alloy 3A21 in glycol coolant.
