    一种Mo系耐候钢表面锈层稳定剂的性能

    Properties of a Mo Series Rust Layer Stabilizer on Weathering Steel Surface

    • 摘要: 制备了一种Mo系耐候钢表面锈层稳定剂,并通过实验室周期浸润腐蚀试验、宏观和微观腐蚀形貌观察、锈层成分分析和电化学测试等方法,研究了该锈层稳定剂对耐候钢锈层结构、成分和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:锈层稳定剂可避免锈液流挂现象的产生,降低耐候钢的腐蚀速率,促使Mo元素在内锈层与基体结合处发生聚集,促进了α-FeOOH的生成,还生成了稳定的氧化物MoO3和不溶性的FeMoO4,增大了锈层电阻,提高了耐候钢的耐蚀性。

       

      Abstract: A Mo series rust layer stabilizer was prepared on the surface of weathering steel. The effects of the rust layer stabilizer on the structure, composition and corrosion resistance of the rust layer of weathering steel were studied by alternate-immersion corrosion test, macroscopic and microscopic corrosion morphology observation, rust layer composition analysis and electrochemical test. The results showed that the rust layer stabilizer could avoid the phenomenon of rust liquid flow, reduce the corrosion rate of weathering steel, promote the accumulation of Mo element at the junction between inner rust layer and matrix, promote the formation of α-FeOOH, generate stable oxide MoO3 and insoluble FeMoO4, increase the resistance of rust layer, and improve the corrosion resistance of weathering steel.
