分段绝缘措施对高压直流干扰防护效果的测试与评价
Measurement and Assessment of Protective Effect of Segmented Insulation Measure Against HVDC Interference

摘要: 某输气管道周边存在高压直流(HVDC)接地极,当接地极放电时,管道受到的干扰较为严重。采取了分段绝缘的方式对管道进行了干扰防护,通过分段绝缘措施实施前后管道电位检测数据的统计分析,评价分段绝缘措施的防护效果。结果表明:分段绝缘措施可显著缓解远端管道的受干扰程度,使受干扰的管道长度变短,腐蚀风险集中在距离接地极较近的管道和绝缘接头两侧。Abstract: When the high voltage direct current (HVDC) ground electrode around a gas pipeline discharges, the interference on the pipeline is serious. Segmented insulation was adopted to protect the pipeline from interference, and the monitored data of pipeline potentials before and after the practice of segmented insulation measure were conducted statistical analysis to evaluate the protective effect of the segmented insulation measure. The results show that the protective measure could significantly alleviate the interference degree of the remote pipeline, shorten the length of interfered pipeline, and the corrosion risk was concentrated on the pipeline closest to ground electrode and both sides of the insulation joint.
