    真空热处理温度对Ni60合金涂层耐蚀性的影响

    Effect of Vacuum Heat Treatment Temperature on Corrosion Resistance of Ni60 Alloy Coating

    • 摘要: 为了提高质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)不锈钢双极板的耐蚀性,采用大气等离子喷涂技术在316 L不锈钢表面制备了Ni60合金涂层,并对涂层进行不同温度的真空热处理,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪以及电化学测试,研究了真空热处理温度对涂层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着真空热处理温度的提高,涂层内部的微裂纹及孔隙数量大大降低,涂层致密度提高,内部结构缺陷对涂层耐蚀性的影响降低;涂层内部的CrB发生了明显聚合,这对涂层的耐蚀性有正面影响;当真空热处理温度达到1 100 ℃时,CrB相上出现颜色较深的Cr7C3沉淀,使涂层耐蚀性进一步提高,此时涂层试样的自腐蚀电位达到最高值,涂层发生腐蚀的倾向较低,涂层试样的Nyquist图高频区域出现较大电容环,且涂层电容和涂层中微孔的电阻分别达到最大值和最小值,即涂层的耐蚀性最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel bipolar plate of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), Ni60 alloy coating was prepared on the surface of 316L stainless steel by atmospheric plasma spraying technology, and the coating was subjected to vacuum heat treatment at different temperatures. Scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer and electrochemical test were used to study the effect of vacuum heat treatment temperature on corrosion resistance of the coating. The results show that with the increase of vacuum heat treatment temperature, the number of microcracks and pores in the coating was greatly decreased, so that the density of the coating was improved and the influence of internal structural defects on the corrosion resistance of the coating was reduced. The CrB in the coating was obviously polymerized, which had a positive effect on the corrosion resistance of the coating. When the vacuum heat treatment temperature reached 1 100 ℃, Cr7C3 precipitated with darker color appeared on the CrB phase, which further improved the corrosion resistance of the coating, the self-corrosion potential of the coating sample reached the highest value, and the corrosion tendency of the coating was low. The coating sample had a large capacitance ring in the high frequency region of the Nyquist diagram, and the resistance of the coating capacitance and the micropores in the coating reached the maximum and minimum values, respectively, that was, the corrosion resistance of the coating was the best.
